Returns Policy


Standard returns:


Collection Products


We guarantee the quality of our products will meet high standards, nonetheless if you change your mind we are able to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product, providing the product is in original condition. Unfortunately after the 7 day period, you will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange. If you change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to return an item you must request a return by using the contact form  provided and receive an acknowledgement from us before proceeding.


Custom Orders


For all custom orders we do not accept returns, due to the personalisation of the product.


Damaged or defective products:


If you receive a damaged or defective product, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please use the contact form available, so that we can make arrangements for the return to take place. You will have 7 days after receiving the product to claim it damaged or defective, after this period of time we will no longer be able to refund or exchange your item. 

 
If goods are received damaged, please notify us as soon as possible after receipt using our contact form. Damaged product and packaging must be retained in case inspection is requested by our carriers. We highly recommend you take out the optional insurance so your product/s is fully covered for losses. There is a limited liability from postal or other carriers in case the product is damaged during the delivery process they are responsible for.


Cancellations:


Unfortunately once a product has been ordered, we cannot cancel or make changes to it. Once the product has arrived, if you change your mind please follow the standard returns procedure stated above.
