Placing your order
*Important - you must acknowledge our Terms and Conditions by accepting the tick box after having read all policies at the checkout stage, for us to begin processing the order. We can not begin processing your order until we have had that acceptance. The processing time for your order begins after we have received the acknowledgement and acceptance. Although we hope to be able to supply all products ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any order or offer at any time. If we refuse your order we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible. Until we have received the acknowledgement and acceptance by email, no contract will have been formed between us. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain products to be sold in any one transaction. For special orders, following formation of the contract, Lagoon Studios shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full from you, even though the
goods may have already been delivered to you.
You have the right to cancel your order without charge within 24 hours of placing your order. This time begins on the date and time you placed your order and will be time stamped by the ordering system. Your product is made to order and after 24 hours have passed from the date and time of order, cannot be cancelled by you, as such products may already be in production as a result of your order. Products are custom-made and may only be returned if faulty or not as described – see our Returns Policy for more.
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards.We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and if for any reason we are unable to
accept your order we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days.You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by using our contact form within a period within 24 hours. The period of 24 hours begins on the day and time you place your order.
If they are faulty you must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us using our contact form of your wish to return them. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded, secure delivery (with insurance) method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
If goods are received damaged, please notify us as soon as possible after receipt. (no later than 24 hours after receipt) using our contact form. Damaged product and packaging must be retained in case inspection is requested by our carriers. We highly recommend you take out the optional insurance so your product/s is fully covered for losses. There is a limited liability from postal or other carriers in case the product is damaged during the delivery process they are responsible for.
All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only and are not necessarily designed for use in a business or public environment.
Colour of reproduction
We take great care with the colours used in our ranges. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
UK, EU and Channel Islands. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.
